I reside in Queens Crescent and have a neighbour who has a horsebox parked outside his house which has'nt moved for over 20years.Also beside that he has two old cars parked back and front of the box also never moving.Meanwhile the vehicle he uses is parked round the corner in Brinkburn St.(a red Merc old of course.).A while ago attempts by me to get them removed with council and police was to no avail(he keeps them taxed etc.).I just wonder if the residence parking will affect it.
