i live in chatsworth st.and on several occasions i could not get access into my back lane because of parked cars blocking my exit.the council promised residential parking for local residents, and put double yellow lines in back lanes to aid the parking problems. now residential parking has not gone ahead.so now i can,t evenpark outside my back yard.the council also did some road improvements to the access in and out of chester road and then asked residents what they thought of the plans, after they had already carried out the work.this council needs to get it,s act together, instead of wasting council tax payers money.they,re too high already.i am very concerned about this labour council, as they spend money on the wrong thigs.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment Bruce. The Council haven't yet decided what to do about the residents parking scheme. We understand that they will discuss it at their meeting in June and probably make a decision then.
ReplyDeleteWe will keep the website updated with any developments as soon as we hear anything.
